ED Visa students will study a minimum 80% of offering hours during the 90-days visa period. Tuition hours need to be used during the 90-days visa period. They are non-transferable & non-refundable. Unused hours will expire at the end of each 90-days visa period. To qualify for this visa:
1. You must have a passport (valid for at least 18 months at the planned date of arrival).
2. You must be willing to fulfill all study & attendance requirements.
3. You must apply for the ED Visa outside the Kingdom of Thailand.

Nationalities and Ages qualify
All nationalities are eligible to apply to study Thai at our school and receive the ED Visa. The MOE does not make any distinction between students coming from different countries. However, students holding nationality from several countries — including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southern Asia countries (e.g. India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan), Middle Eastern countries (e.g. Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia) need to apply for ED visa at Thai Embassies/Consulates in their home countries. Students of all ages between 15 and 90 are qualified to study at our school. Students below 15 years old can take our classes, but we are not able to obtain the ED Visa, the Student Visa or any Thai Visa for them.
